State the capacity at a named point
A fresh-fruit intake figure describes whole mangoes entering preparation. It includes peel, stones and fruit rejected during inspection. Refined pulp output is measured later, after separation and screening. The manufacturer-reported 5 t/h mango project is described on a fresh-fruit input basis; that number should not be used as a guaranteed pulp yield or copied to every downstream machine.
Build the equipment duty from the material balance
Record incoming fruit, accepted feed, separated peel and stones, refining residue and finished pulp on the same trial basis. Where concentration is included, water removal changes the product flow again. Buffer working volume, pump duty and thermal feed then follow the actual receiving process. Conversion between mass and volume requires product density at the operating condition.
Include the operating window in the enquiry
Required daily production needs an operating schedule as well as an hourly capacity. State the production window, expected interruptions, cleaning sequence and raw-material availability. Bag changes and downstream operation can influence the useful line duty. Send the capacity basis and the proposed pack together so the equipment selection addresses both processing and packaging.
