Describe what enters and leaves the evaporator
Concentration removes water from prepared pulp. The useful specification identifies incoming pulp flow and solids, target concentrate solids, product viscosity and operating conditions. Finished concentrate flow is not the same as feed flow. These values let the selected evaporation arrangement be considered on a meaningful product basis, rather than by a generic fresh-fruit capacity.
Select evaporation for a pulp duty
The current equipment range includes a forced-circulation evaporation assembly. Its pump, vessel and service platform form a process package whose final configuration depends on the pulp. Confirm the heating arrangement, vacuum system, concentrate discharge and cleaning connections with the selected equipment. The product photograph does not establish an installed evaporation rate.
Add concentration without duplicating useful equipment
An existing destoner and finisher can remain in the process when their pulp output suits the new concentration duty. Coordinate buffering and transfer between the existing equipment and the evaporator, then define the concentrate’s thermal and packaging route. Submit your current equipment and the proposed product target together so the enquiry covers interfaces as well as the main machine.
