Start with whole mangoes or prepared pulp

A whole-fruit puree line starts with reception, washing and inspection. A combined destoner extracts flesh while separating peel and stones; a finisher then screens the extracted pulp. If you already receive refined pulp, those front-end machines may be outside your supply scope. Specify the material at the first supplied machine so that the proposal includes the equipment you actually need.

Choose the finish before choosing the downstream flow

Puree texture depends on the fruit and the screening duty. The two-stage finisher provides a separate refining step after extraction. Discuss fibre, the intended texture and a representative sample with the equipment enquiry. Fresh-fruit intake is different from the pulp flow delivered to the buffer tank, pump and thermal machine.

Connect the puree to its packaging process

For an aseptic bulk product, the downstream scope combines configured thermal processing and a compatible aseptic bag filler. Concentration is a separate option, rather than a compulsory part of every puree line. State the intended bag format and product conditions; the finished process and shelf-life requirements need their own validation.
