Begin with a defined pulp supply

A downstream aseptic packaging project can start with refined pulp from an existing process. Describe its flow, temperature, solids and viscosity at the handover point. The thermal machine and filler must operate together on that product duty; installing an aseptic filler alone does not establish a validated aseptic process.

Treat the thermal machine and filling heads as one interface

The equipment range includes tube-in-tube thermal processing and twin-head bag filling. Product heating, holding and cooling connect to the filler’s product supply and aseptic operating sequence. Define control responsibilities, startup and shutdown, and cleaning and sterilization boundaries with the selected configuration. The process settings follow the product and required validation.

Select the bag and its handling arrangement

Bag capacity, fitment and drum handling affect the useful filling configuration. The manufacturer-reported mango project describes 20 L and 200–220 L bag formats; compatibility for your proposed bag still needs confirmation. Include the bag specification and incoming pulp conditions in the enquiry, together with available utilities and the existing installation.
