Confirm the bag fitment as well as the volume
Bag volume alone does not define compatibility with a filling head. Provide the bag supplier’s specification, fitment and intended handling arrangement. The reported mango project includes 20 L and 200–220 L formats, but a different bag needs its own compatibility check. Drum size, roller lanes and removal of filled packs belong in the supplied handling scope.
Describe the pulp delivered to the filler
Specify product temperature, flow, solids and viscosity at the filling interface. A twin-head arrangement provides two filling positions, but the useful filling rate depends on the selected product and operating sequence. The thermal machine’s supply and the filler’s demand need coordinated controls; the photographed configuration does not establish a guaranteed packs-per-hour rate.
Define the complete aseptic boundary
Identify the product path from thermal treatment through the filling head, and assign cleaning and sterilization responsibilities. Startup, interruption and shutdown procedures depend on the chosen equipment and validated process. When adding a filler to existing equipment, send the upstream thermal arrangement and the intended bag specification together rather than requesting the filling machine in isolation.
