Equipment built around distinct processing duties

The mango destoner combines peel and stone separation with pulp extraction. The pulping and refining family provides a subsequent screened finishing step, including the two-stage arrangement shown in the equipment catalogue. These are separate product duties with separate feed conditions and discharge arrangements.

Further downstream, the portfolio includes buffer vessels, vacuum deaeration, forced-circulation evaporation, tube-in-tube thermal processing, aseptic bag filling and CIP assemblies. Each has its own connections and service requirements; complete-line engineering coordinates them into the chosen process.

Look at the machine as well as its catalogue rating

The product pages show the equipment’s working arrangement: feed hoppers and processing chambers, separate refining drives, circulation pipework, thermal tube runs, filling positions and cleaning tanks. Model-family options are presented with their own capacity basis. Selecting an installed unit also requires the product duty, connections, access and supporting equipment.

From equipment supply to plant integration

The 2026 industrial equipment catalogue describes process design, three-dimensional layout, equipment supply, utility integration, installation and commissioning, training and after-sales support. A whole-fruit plant, an individual replacement machine and a downstream extension need different combinations of this work.

Mango processing in a reported customer project

The manufacturer-reported Watani project in Yemen connects a mango front end to refining, thermal processing and aseptic bag filling. The project page identifies the manufacturer’s reported scope and completion date, alongside relevant equipment.
