Provide both feed and concentrate specifications

Feed flow and target solids determine the water-removal task. Include incoming solids, target concentrate solids, viscosity, temperature and representative product information. Mango pulp is a fibrous product; a general liquid-flow rating does not define its evaporation behaviour. Compare proposals on the same feed and target basis, with the operating assumptions stated.

Review the circulation and utility interfaces

The pictured evaporation assembly includes a circulation pump, process vessel and access platform. The selected configuration also needs defined heating, vacuum, condensate and concentrate connections. Utility demand is calculated for that configuration and product duty. Confirm service access and the cleaning circuit instead of inferring these details from the overall equipment footprint.

Check the equipment before and after concentration

Refining establishes the pulp delivered to evaporation. The concentrate outlet then feeds its chosen treatment or storage and packaging process. Ask how the supply scope handles buffering, product transfer and cleaning at both boundaries. For an existing installation, provide its current machine duty and the desired concentrate so the proposal can identify the equipment to retain and the interfaces to modify.
