Name the purchase task first

Say whether you need a new whole-fruit line, a replacement machine or a downstream extension. A destoner replacement and a new aseptic packaging section have very different supply boundaries. Identify the equipment already in place and the point where the new supplier’s scope starts and ends. A short description is enough to open the discussion; detailed data can follow.

Describe the product and the capacity basis

Provide the incoming material, mango condition, required pulp texture and intended finished product. State whether a capacity describes fresh-fruit input, pulp feed or finished concentrate. Include the packaging format and operating window if known. For an individual machine, the condition of its incoming and outgoing material is more useful than the total factory output alone.

Make interfaces part of the comparison

Ask the proposal to identify selected machines, reference specifications, included controls and utility connections, and the responsibilities for installation and commissioning. Review assumptions, exclusions and acceptance conditions alongside the equipment price. Share layout restrictions and available services early where they are known, then resolve remaining details with the equipment enquiry.
